We take care of the entire process — from professional valuation and authentication support to presentation, marketing, and communication with potential buyers — making consignment simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

You can begin by sending us photos and key details of your item, including the brand, model, year, accessories and condition. If the item is suitable for consignment, our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm your desired payout amount.

We do not operate on a fixed commission percentage. Simply let us know how much you would like to receive once your item is successfully sold, and we will determine the selling price based on its condition, market value and other relevant factors.

Once your agreed payout amount has been confirmed, Ones Vintage will determine the listed selling price based on market conditions, the item's condition and the relevant sales channel.

If a future price adjustment would affect your agreed payout amount, we will discuss it with you first and only proceed upon mutual agreement.

The minimum consignment period is one month.

If you request to withdraw your item before the end of the minimum consignment period, an early withdrawal fee equal to 5% of the Agreed Payout Amount may apply.

Once the buyer's payment has been received, the item has been delivered and the transaction has been confirmed as completed, your Agreed Payout Amount will normally be arranged within approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Yes. You are welcome to make an appointment with our team for an in-person consignment consultation and hand over your item directly at our boutique.
