Entrupy may also request additional photos of specific details, so the completion time cannot be guaranteed by Ones Vintage. If you are unable to wait, you may leave your item with us and collect it once authentication is completed.
Once the authentication process has commenced, the service fee is non-refundable due to processing time, additional review or delays.
No. However, Entrupy may request additional photos during the authentication process. If you take your item with you, you may need to bring it back to our store for further images.
To avoid an additional visit, we recommend leaving your item with us until authentication is completed.
Yes. If your item is successfully authenticated by Entrupy, you will receive an Entrupy Digital Certificate of Authenticity. Ones Vintage will also provide you with a printed hard copy of the certificate for your records.
The digital certificate can also be accessed and verified online.
Yes. Entrupy certificates can be independently verified online through Entrupy’s official certificate verification system.
This allows you or a future owner of the item to access and confirm its authentication record.
Not every submission will result in a Certificate of Authenticity. Entrupy may return a different result or request additional review depending on the item and the information available.
If your item cannot be successfully authenticated, our team will explain the result provided by Entrupy. Authentication service fees are non-refundable once the authentication process has been submitted.
Yes. Our Entrupy Authentication Service is available for eligible luxury items even if they were not purchased from Ones Vintage.
