Auction Termes and Conditions 
1. Binding Nature of Bids
All bids placed during the live auction are final, binding, and legally enforceable.
By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees that they are entering into a legally binding obligation to complete payment if they are declared the winning bidder.

2. Completion of Auction & Sale Confirmation
An auction shall be deemed successfully completed only upon full payment by the winning bidder.
The seller reserves the right to void or cancel any winning bid if payment is not completed within the specified time frame.

3. Payment Requirement
Winning bidders must complete full payment immediately or within 24 hours at checkout after the auction ends.
Failure to complete payment constitutes order abandonment and breach of contract.

4. Strict No Cancellation / No Refund Policy
Once payment is completed:
* ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled
* ❌ Items cannot be returned
* ❌ Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
All auction sales are final and non-reversible, including but not limited to cases of:
* Change of mind
* Buyer’s remorse
* Personal, financial, or logistical reasons

5. Non-Payment & Order Abandonment Policy
If a winning bidder fails to complete payment:
a) The order will be immediately cancelled

b) The bidder will be permanently banned from all future auctions hosted by the seller

c) The seller reserves the right to relist or re-auction the item without notice

d) The bidder forfeits any right to dispute or reclaim the item
The seller’s decision shall be final and absolute.

6. Blacklist & Enforcement
Any customer who:
* Fails to complete payment after winning an auction, or
* Attempts to evade payment obligations
will be permanently prohibited from participating in future auctions or purchases.
The seller reserves the right to restrict access by account, email, IP address, or other identifiable means.

7. Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold are 100% authentic.
The seller offers third-party authentication services including Entrupy and/or Legit App, either prior to sale or upon request, depending on the item.
Authentication certificates or digital verification may be provided as supporting documentation.
Minor variations in authentication process or format do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

8. Condition & Product Description
All items are sold “as is” and “as described.”
Descriptions, images, and condition reports are provided to the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all information before bidding.

9. Seller’s Rights
The seller reserves the absolute right to:
* Reject or void any bid
* Refuse participation by any bidder
* Cancel an auction or transaction due to suspected bad faith, fraud, or non-payment risk
All decisions made by the seller are final and non-negotiable.

10. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for:
* Delays caused by payment providers or courier services
* Force majeure events
* Differences in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting or screen settings

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Auction Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore and Hong Kong .

12. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Shopify live auction constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Auction Terms & Conditions.
No objections, claims, or disputes raised after bidding or after payment will be entertained.

13. Website Terms & Final Authority
All auction sales and transactions are subject to and governed by the Website Terms & Conditions as published on the seller’s official website.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Auction Terms & Conditions and the Website Terms & Conditions, the Website Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
The seller, ONES VINTAGE, reserves the final and absolute right of interpretation, decision, and enforcement in respect of all auction items, transactions, and disputes.
All decisions made by ONES VINTAGE shall be final, binding, and non-appealable.
