1. Vintageone Trading Limited reserves the right to decide whether to accept merchandise for consignment or recycling.
2. When Vintageone Trading Limited accepts consignment merchandise, it does not guarantee that the merchandise can be successfully sold.
3. If the consignor wishes to retrieve the item within one month of consignment, he/she will be required to pay a handling fee of 5% of the consignment price. If the consignment item has been ordered, the consignor will not be able to retrieve the item.
4. If Vintageone Trading Limited is unable to return the merchandise to the consignor 30 days after the consignor has given notice to retrieve the merchandise, the transaction will be completed as if the merchandise has been sold. The consignor agrees not to request additional compensation from the company based on the rarity, uniqueness, commemorative nature, appreciation potential, sentimental value or other reasons of the merchandise.
5. Vintageone Trading Limited may decide to return the merchandise to the consignor without giving any reason. If the consignor fails to claim the merchandise within 30 days of receiving the return notice, Vintageone Trading Limited may dispose of the merchandise in any manner (including destruction). In such event, Vintageone Trading Limited is not required to explain the final disposal method to the consignor and may retain the relevant benefits.
6. When the consignor takes back the consigned goods, he/she must verify the goods in person. No subsequent complaints will be accepted.
7. Vintageone Trading Limited is not responsible for any loss of goods consigned by the consignor due to force majeure (such as war, civil unrest, natural disasters, etc.).
8. The consignor acknowledges and agrees that the maximum storage period for the consigned merchandise is two years. If the consignor fails to collect the merchandise within 30 days of receiving the return notice, Vintageone Trading Limited may dispose of the merchandise in any manner (including destruction). In such event, Vintageone Trading Limited is not required to inform the consignor of the final disposal method and may retain the relevant benefits.
9. Vintageone Trading Limited reserves the right to amend the "Consignment Terms" without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website. If the consignor continues to consign the goods to our company after the amendment, it shall be deemed that the consignor agrees to and accepts the amended terms.
10. In case of any dispute, the company has the final right of interpretation of the "Consignment Terms" and reserves all rights.
