The Hermès Kelly Dépêches 25 takes the Kelly’s strapped turnlock and gives it a flat document-pouch form. Hermès describes the line as combining the familiar clasp with bevelled corners and construction cues from its men’s leather goods; those features are clear on this black example, whose broad flap sits above a shallow 4 cm depth.

Made in Epsom calfskin with a fine, regular grain, it measures 25 × 19 × 4 cm. A shoulder strap and dust bag accompany this D-stamped piece.
