The Shoulder Birkin keeps the Birkin’s two handles and strap-fastened flap but extends the handles above a long, shallow body. On this Square N example, black Taurillon Clemence covers the broad 42 cm front, with the gold-tone turnlock providing a small central point. Hermès’s drumming process gives Clemence its generous, irregular grain. The bag measures 42 × 22 × 17.5 cm.
